Happy Birthday Big Rich

The kids and I took bIg rIch out to Lunch at Red Robins for his birthday!
It was great! He hated us for doing that to him..his face got so red!

Kids FREE day in Auburn

June 20th.Big Riches birthday! He took the day off to be with us, so that was fabulous. We had made plans to go camping with the Ward, but when those plans fell through, well...we never really made new ones! But Rich had an idea of what he wanted to do..so after the Wheat Grass shots at Jamba, we headed out to Auburn to enjoy the Kids Free day at Game farm park.
First booth-Sand Clappers! I was not looking forward to taking these home. Sine they were ALL free, I didnt have the "I dont have any money" excuse to use..those things are noisy!
That's 4 Clappers..a total of LOTS OF NOISE!

There was so much to do, and we had until 4pm to get it done. It started at 11am, and we got there a little after the hour and the park was FULL!
The kids got their faces painted
Bear getting a Buffer'fy Lou wanted a Lay'T BugNaki getting a lighting Bolt-which turned out looking like the a Star..but hey, it was free! Luke got one as well..his turned out better!
We were only getting started! There was TONS, Trillions left to C'and Do!

There was a Fred Meyer booth there giving away goodie bags. Team Rich got pix with the FM bear!

It was such a beautiful day! The sun was out, tons of people were there, everything was Free (except for the food of course), the kids were having a blast, it was Riches birthday, and we were Living the Rich life, happy w/our blessings!

It was getting hotter, and more people started rolling in! We were spinning wheels to win prizes, playing all sorts of games, sampling yummy drinks, and learning how to do easy crafts! We like Crafts! We love games-the 3 Amigos having fun with this one!Bears a pro at games! Lou trying to line it all up right! Daddies gonna get hit if she makes it in!Free Yummy cherries! The Cherry Bandit!I think this Buff dude was the the Naked Juice Booth! He was all ripped!
We took so many pictures, but I can only post a few to show you just how awesome our day was with our daddy!

Team Rich learning how to use a crosswalk! This mock up version had a real light and everything. The taught them about what each color means, and when it is okay to cross! They knew all that already, but it was cool for them to hear it from someone else! There Team Rich goes, crossing the street all safe like! There were no other kids interested in this booth, but we took the time to hear them out even though our children have been educated on Street Safety!
It was a fun day. While the children were busy with the Crafts, my handsome hubby and I found some Shad to kick back in before having to move on to the next Booth!
Our allergies were flaring up so bad that we called it a day after only being there for an hr 1/2.
We were all starving and the prices for food were just like GAS..ridiculous, expensive, and just down right WRONG!

Wheat Grass Shots

The Morning of Greg's 21st Birthday, we took him into Jamba Juice to start off on a healthy and fresh step towards a long day. Since I've been working there, I have told the kids and Greg about the Wheat Grass shots, and how they should try it and I have educated them on the nutritional aspects of it as well, despite the appearance and the taste. It's hard to sell anyone on the Wheat Grass shots, because once you get to the Grass word, instantly, someone WOULD be turned off by it. Now unless you were a healthy freak, that would not bother you! Ok, maybe a Health Junkie...but for the most part, it is very Healthy, it has natural antioxidants, minerals, immunity, and has proven to help cure many illnesses.
Anyways, back to the point of this entry...so we went in that morning, and while Luke, Lanayia, Rich, and myself were deciding on a Smoothie, Bear, and Naki decided to brave a Wheat Grass Shot.

You so had to be there...It was Awesome...because there was a little to much made, and it just so happend to be Riches birthday...he got a shot for free!

Imikimi's

Imikimis are fun. It's a way to get creative with your photos. My sister Mona first started imikiming, and then I followed shortly after...and then NOW everyone is kimi'ing away! It's fun...but everytime I use it, I just use a template that is already created..but this was my first one! Actually my second. The post before this one, about the Funny Fotos was my first.

If you haven't kimi'ed yet..you should! You'll never want your boring old pictures to be posted any more, without creating some style!

Funny Fotos

The first time we put 2gether our Funny Foto booth was for Lukes 6th Birthday party. We wanted to do like a mini-carnival type thing..we had a face painting booth, some games, tattoo's, and our funny fotos! It was a hit, and it was a lot of fun!

We enjoy being goofy and fun. As you can see, so does our family and friends! You cant help but to just jump right in and put some crazy stuff on and SMILE!

Family Fun

Every year for last 3 years we have been doing a family Garage sale. Not only do we get rid of all our junk, and make room for more..but the money usually goes towards the kid's Back 2 Skool Trip. We usually go in August, right before the children return to school...but this year we are doing things a little different.

We plan on going in July to the Wolf Lodge indoor Water park. The kids are jazzed and have been putting almost everything in the Garage sale to help raise money.
Aside from our second hand, partially used and some new items, that we sell, the kids bake goodies! Last year they baked 2 different kinds of cookies, they sold soda, otter pops, and rice crispy treats...we raised over $300 bucks that helped fund our trip to Silver Wood Amusement Park in Idaho for 5 days. It was Awesome!
We hope to be successful this year, and at least enjoy some what of a summer!

we really STICK 2gether

Field Trip w/ Luka

Rich took the day off to attend Luka's First EVER field trip with his Kindergarten Class on Friday to Pt.Defiance Zoo.
As a parent chaperon you are also assigned to another child while at the zoo as well as your own. Some parents had more then others, but Luke just had his daddy and another friend.
He had all sorts of stories to tell me when they got home. He was going on for hours about the Monkeys, Walruses, and the sharks. You would think that this was his first time seeing animals before, or his first time at a zoo ever!! In a way it might as well been. The first time we took him he was a lot younger, and it was the Woodland Park Zoo!

But man, he was pumped for this day. All week he asked us "What's the date today?" and we would reply.."your field trip is not till Friday luke"...he was so jazzed that in the morning..he came running into our bedroom telling his daddy to get up and get ready we cant be late.
This kid got home and went on and on and on...so did his dad though. Big Rich was just amazed on how many lil'girls in Lukes class that just ADORE him. No kidding he says.."on girl was all in his face, close enough to kiss him, and just repeating his name..luka..luka"...another girl said to him " you know you like me!"...GREAT..my lil'kindergarten Don Juan De Marco...no joke Rich said..all of the girls talked to Luka more then any other Boy in Kindergarten...That worries me!
There were other Elementary schools there at the zoo that day, and due to the weather, some of the animals were just not as active...some where sleeping..and others didnt even bother to come out and visit. This Poor Reindeer looked pathetic, and shabby. Rich said some kid from another school asked his chaperon what that was, and because of it's appearance and health she was not sure..poor thing! But the boys enjoyed looking at it, wondering if it was going to live!
The monkeys were behaving all to well when the boys got there. I guess once Rich snapped the photo, the monkeys started fighting and became more active..everyone wants 2 B a star!
Despite the rain, Rich and Luke had a wonderful time together.
Nice father and son time. He's always down to be apart of anything they do. I love that he makes time to attend these things! One kid was asked how come his mom or dad did not come on the field trip, and his reply was, "someone has to pay the bills around here my dad said, and my mom cant get the time off"...let the truth be told. Rich is such a great dad..he loves this stuff, and makes an effort to be there for all of their school activities, field trips, performances, carnivals, and all sorts of stuff. The next one is Doughnuts with dad, and their Filed Day.
So you'll be sure to find pix and stuff from that day.

I love our kids! Their sense of humor is so developed due to big Rich and his humorous self. Seriously, are children are down for almost anything..it's kind of scary in a way, but we hope we raise them well enough that they'll use their good judgement in situations. But it's Cool that we hang out like this, it's healthy, fun and HILARIOUS!

CUTE KIDS

Their so darn cute at this age. It's funny because while we are all so busy into playing at the park, there is always someone rotating out to watch these handsome lil'guys. Most of the time Bear has got him, but she wanted to play some ball.

I love spending time with my friends, and their children. It's awesome to see that even these little ones are in good moods when your out and about. Family time is the Best time especially with friends!

Wrider is so fun to watch. He entertains himself for the most part. I was walking back from the covered area where all our stuff was, and he was just kicking it next to his Ride trying to bite into this cup.

KicKing iT

One of my Most favorite things to do in the world is HANG OUT with my FAMILY AND FRIENDS! As a youngster, I was always kicking it...maybe that's why I didn't do sooo well with some things in life..I was always to busy kicking it...but as you get older, you stop kicking it as much...and when you get married, you have to be able to kickit with people your spouse enjoys as well. So, lucky for me, Big Rich get's along very well with my Girlfriends husbands..and I guess lucky for him...I'm the BoMb, and their wives and I enjoy each others company ALOT!
~~So my good Friend Marci, and my sista Laura decided since they like to Kickit so much like me, lets do a Meet and Feed like every other week and hangout! It's only been our second time this Year and it's been sooooo much fun!

~~HERE WE ALL OUR PLAYING BASEBALL W/OUR KIDS-EVERYONE GOT INTO IT~~
My competitive nature, we tried to get the men to play against us Women..here's Marci getting ready to knock it out of the park..or break a windshield..LOL!

~~Batter UP~~

~Big Rich was trying to put some Stink on the BAll..knoCk it out the Park Marci~~
Sometimes I think Men under estimate us Women AThletes..look at them all joking and laughing, and not really taking us Seriously..Typical!

~~PAUL, RICH, AND JOSH...HAVING THEIR LAUGHS NOW..BUT YA'LL WAIT~~
Here I am running to second...they cant catch me!

~~I hit a pop fly to center field, and hit a hole where Josh should have covered~~
Here's our Junior league players

GOOD JOB AMMON
The Children were so cute.

Nice Swing Carter
Well it was exciting and fun. We love our Friends and enjoy kicking it with them.
